Last sunday, at Sluzewiec racetrack, was held Polish Derby 2021 – the race for 4 yo horses registered in PASB.
Alsahr (Mared Al Sahra – Almina/Furiat) bred & owned by Zbigniew Górski and ridden by Sanzhar Abaev took the first place, beating six other horses. Second place went to Kenjiy (No Risk Al Maury – King Ute/The Wiking) bred by Fortum Michał Romanowski and owned by Aero Pegasus Sp. z o.o. & Polski Klub Wiejski Sp. z o.o. and third to Michalow bred Echaron (Ontario HF – Echara/William).
The mix of Saudi, French and best Polish lines Alsahr is the third generation of horses bred by Zbigniew Górski out of Kurozwęki bred mare Aktorka (Embargo – Arena/Gwarny). He is the second derby-winner bred by Mr Górski. And fifth derby winner for his trainer Mr Janikowski. Congratulations to all involved!
